Komatsu Australia has been named on the 2023 AFR BOSS Best Places to Work List

Komatsu Australia is proud to announce that we have been recognised as one of the Best Places to Work in Australia and New Zealand by The Australian Financial Review and Boss Magazine. This prestigious accolade is a result of a rigorous assessment process conducted by Inventium, a leading behavioural science consultancy in Australia. Out of over 700 nominated organisations, Komatsu Australia was a finalist in the Agriculture, Mining, and Utilities list.

The assessment involved a staff survey and a written submission, which evaluated policies, practices, and programs that support and encourage employees to perform at their best. The evaluation methodology was based on Inventium's Workplaces of the Future framework, which identifies ten key factors that are essential for employees to feel motivated and engaged in their work. This framework is backed by extensive research and forms the basis for the assessment process.

Sean Taylor, CEO and Managing Director says “Komatsu Australia is thrilled to receive recognition for its outstanding achievements and practices that contribute to a positive workplace culture that inspires and fosters its employees' growth. We are committed to creating an environment that empowers its employees to grow, excel and achieve their personal and professional goals. We firmly believe that a supportive and positive work environment is critical to our success.”
