This prestigious accolade is a result of a rigorous assessment process conducted by Inventium, a leading behavioural science consultancy in Australia. Out of over 700 nominated organisations, Komatsu Australia was a finalist in the Agriculture, Mining, and Utilities list.
The assessment involved a staff survey and a written submission, which evaluated policies, practices, and programs that support and encourage employees to perform at their best. The evaluation methodology was based on Inventium's Workplaces of the Future framework, which identifies ten key factors that are essential for employees to feel motivated and engaged in their work. This framework is backed by extensive research and forms the basis for the assessment process.
