Our businesses in Gladstone, Mackay, Emerald, Townsville, Sunshine Coast and Mt Isa are open and operating at near 100% capability. Our Reman facilities in Brisbane are unaffected and continue to operate with all available staff.
The Komatsu Sherwood Branch, Used Equipment and Utility Store have been impacted by flood waters and we will be assessing the impact and implementing a recovery plan in the next 24 hours.
The Morningside Parts Distribution Centre was temporarily closed but will re-open for business on Friday 14th January. Obviously inland logistics are impacted but every effort will made to find a mode of delivery to meet delivery requirements.
We are able to call on the resources of Komatsu's Australia wide branch network and the Fairfield (NSW) Parts DC to fill our customers' requirements.
We have field fitters available to assist our clients at all locations. If necessary, we will utilise our interstate resources to fill our clients' needs.
