The most common wear areas on Hydraulic Excavators occurs in the area that produces the
pay cheque.

The boom, arm & bucket which make up the excavator’s heavily loaded work equipment, are
connected by specialised pins & bushes and maintained through regular greasing.

Pin & bush wear occurs naturally when the machine is working and require periodic replacement. However excessively worn pins & bushes can become very costly to replace and impact on the performance of the excavator should damage spread to the main work equipment components.

Timely replacement of worn pins & bushes will reduce machine downtime and lower maintenance costs whilst providing your operator with less noise and more accurate control of the bucket during operation.
