Komatsu Ltd. (President and CEO: Tetsuji Ohashi) (hereinafter "Komatsu") expresses deep sympathy to Typhoon Haiyan victims in central Philippines.

Komatsu and Maxima Machineries Inc. (President: Raul Ang) (hereinafter "Maxima"), the Komatsu distributor in Manila, the Philippines, are going to jointly provide construction equipment, generators and other equipment needed for relief efforts. Komatsu and Maxima are also going to dispatch machine operators and service mechanics.
