RTO Trainer and Assessor
- An RTO Trainer and Assessor plays a crucial role in our organisation, focusing on designing, developing, and delivering technical training programs to industry standards. With a genuine passion for passing on knowledge, you'll have the opportunity to enhance the skills of our future workforce and contribute to their career ambitions. Ideally, you'll have qualifications in Mobile Plant Technology, Automotive Electrical Technology or equivalent trade experience in the mining or construction industry. As part of our team, you'll have access to state-of-the-art training facilities and work alongside a dynamic group of experts. Technical Trainer
In the role as a Technical Trainer at Komatsu, you will have a vital responsibility in designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive technical training programs for our skilled technicians, specifically focussed on Komatsu equipment. Your focus will be on enhancing their skills and knowledge, ultimately improving the support we provide to our valued customers. We are committed to offering our technicians a high-quality and inspiring educational experience, empowering them to achieve their learning goals and advance in their careers. Ideally, you will possess Mechanical or Electrical trade certificates and must have experience working with the Komatsu fleet.
