If you would like to organise technical training please follow the procedure below:
- View the training module outlines from the main technical training page or request course descriptors via email on learning@komatsu.com.au.
- Based on this select what modules are required for your Komatsu machine.
- Download and complete the Training Request Form with all the relevant details in relation to:
- Contact Details
- Site Location
- Machine Type and Serial Number
- Training Modules required
- Roster Patterns
- Number of People to be Trained
- Once this is completed, please mark it to the attention of Technical Training and send via:

- Once we have received your request, a member of our technical training team will contact you to acknowledge receipt of the form and to discuss the details of the request.
- We will then assess the availability of our trainers to select appropriate dates for your training and consult with you to come up with suitable dates.
- About 2-4 weeks prior to the commencement of your training one of our team members will contact you to organise the finer details of the course.
